Cheapest way there
7 skill points from the nearest Spark, taking one level of each node on the way:
- Dexterity Attribute, 1 pt
- Marksman Passive skill, 1 pt
- Sniper Passive skill, 2 pt
- Vitality Surge Passive skill, 1 pt
- Fatal Precision Passive skill, 1 pt
- Blessed Arrows Passive skill, 1 pt
A node opens when a link joins it to a Spark or to a node you have, whichever way the link points, and each level costs the node's points: the unlock check in the Enshrouded dedicated server's code (build 25988414, which matches the game's changelist 1269579). From level points alone (2 a level) that's character level 5; extra skill points from the world bring it lower.
