How to Fish tier lists
Ranked by one stat each from the game files at build 25604825, with what each one counts and leaves out. Not opinions: for your own, use the tier-list maker.
Computed tier lists
The stat is a fair basis on its own, so these are cut into S–D tiers by percentile.
Stat sheets
Exact numbers, sorted, with no tier letters: moveset, timing, range or effects matter as much as the number, and the files can’t rank those.
