How the list is made
Items come from the regulation file's equipment tables and their names from the game's text; places come from the map files, where every pickup sits on a placed object, matched to the closest Site of Grace. Drop chances combine every drop table the enemy rolls per kill. 0 entries are marked missable because every way to get them is a one-time drop from an NPC or invader. 837 come only from events, quests or crafting, which the files don't tie to a spot.
