When you receive Shroud damage, all players within 10 meters receive 15% increased Shroud Resistance for 30 seconds.

Level 3

When you receive Shroud damage, all players within 15 meters receive 15% increased Shroud Resistance for 30 seconds.

Each level costs 2 skill points: 2, 4, 6 in total. Rule from the Enshrouded dedicated server's code (build 25988414, which matches the game's changelist 1269579).
